Mold Busters Subscription Plans – Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Mold Busters Environmental Care Club (Annual) or Environmental Flex Membership (Monthly), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Annual Subscription Terms (Environmental Care Club)

Membership benefits and services are valid for one year from the subscription start date.
Membership automatically renews unless cancelled 30 days prior to the renewal period.
Mold Inspections, IAQ Assessments, and Complimentary Annual Services (Fogging Disinfection) must be scheduled during the membership year.
Service discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Members can choose the greater applicable discount.
Membership is transferable to a new homeowner upon written request, provided the service package includes transferability. Not all membership packages are transferable, and transfer eligibility must be confirmed upon request.
Refunds or partial refunds are not available after the commencement of any services provided under the subscription.

Monthly Subscription Terms (Environmental Flex Membership)

Membership dues are charged monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. Cancellation must occur at least 7 days prior to the renewal period to avoid additional charges.
Complimentary Annual Services (Diagnostic Inspection, IAQ Testing, Fogging Disinfection) become available after 6 consecutive months of active subscription and can be redeemed once annually.
Complimentary Annual Services do not roll over and must be scheduled within the eligible subscription year.
Priority scheduling for inspections and remediation projects is subject to team availability. Scheduling guarantees apply primarily to the Ottawa area. In other service areas, delays may occur due to dedicated scheduling days and operational limitations.
Priority scheduling for remediation services will be managed efficiently to accommodate member requests. However, during periods of high demand, minor scheduling adjustments may be required. Members will be promptly notified of any necessary adjustments.
Service discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Members can choose the greater applicable discount.
Refunds or partial refunds are not available after the commencement of any services provided under the subscription.
Cancellation of monthly subscription must be made in writing at least 7 business days prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

General Conditions

Mold Busters reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, and terms with advance notice.
Mold Busters is not liable for service delays due to external factors beyond its control (e.g., severe weather conditions, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances).
Mold Busters reserves the right to refuse service if membership is used improperly or in violation of company policies.
Membership is available only to property owners or individuals authorized in writing by the property owner. In the case that the applicant is not the owner, written approval from the property owner must be delivered directly to Mold Busters before any subscription services can begin.
Mold Busters does not provide services to tenants unless they are authorized by the property owner with proper written consent. This policy is strictly enforced, and any application without owner authorization will be rejected.
Service Area Limitations: Subscription services are applicable only within Mold Busters’ designated area of coverage in select regions of Ontario and Quebec. Should your property fall outside of the service area during the subscription period, all membership benefits and services will be forfeited. The current area of coverage can be checked at our locations page or confirmed by our support team during the application process.
Residents outside our service areas, including those in British Columbia or the United States, are not eligible for membership programs at this time.
Eligibility to Subscribe: To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our service delivery, subscription plans (both annual and monthly) may only be purchased by property owners or individuals who are explicitly authorized by the owner, such as property managers, real estate brokers, or designated representatives.
Please note: Tenants are not eligible to subscribe to the Mold Busters Membership Program unless acting with formal written authorization from the property owner. This policy is in place to ensure alignment on property access, responsibilities, and long-term service commitments.
